Return and Refund Policy
At Nevada Medical Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help with returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The product must not be listed as non-returnable (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, certain medical supplies are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Opened or used items.

Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks and gloves.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase.

Custom or special-order items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending items back.

Ship the item(s) in secure packaging to the address provided in your return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to process a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
